Ribeye ,eggs,salmon, sardines, baby back ribs pork chops, fish,pork & beef roasts,beef jerky bacon, beef & chicken liver!!🤤 Been carnivore for years & 102 lbs. Lighter & healthiest I’ve ever been!!💪
@Christine Skelly It’s probably because those plants in those parts of the world aren’t grown in crap and sprayed with chemicals and other toxic crap that makes them bad here in the USA, and never trust “organic” labels either…..That’s why the carnivore diet is so good….There are literally hundreds of thousands of testimonials of how much better people are doing and conditions like diabetes reversed etc due to this diet.

This video was a great help! Would love to see more of your favorite foods and how you prepare them! Also a question to you and any other who have gone carnivore—if you had a regular work out schedule/routine before or even after starting this diet, what is it and how had it effected it? I have found that although I have always been a big breakfast person, I don’t feel great if I work out after eating so do it now first thing in the morning. But sometimes I’m hungry! Any thoughts?
The longer I eat Carnivore, the less hungry I am. So I naturally fast in the mornings. I usually work out the in morning but sometimes it’s at night. I run for cardio and lift weights. It hasn’t affected my strength. I actually feel stronger when I eat Carnivore.

Your food looks delicious. The roast at the end is amazing. I would generally slow BBQ or instant pot (which requires 2 cups of liquid minimum to start). I love the idea of just slow cooking it in its own juices. Awesome!

Keto diet long term is not remotely healthy. Plant based diet the best by a mile for disease prevention and longevity.

I have had epilepsy most of my life. Keto made it a lot better but carnivore cured it completely.

Same. I cant full on carnivore, because i need 50g spinach before sleep to get quality sleep
Also don’t sleep next to your devices.. EMFs causes sleep issues. Check out Dr. Berg and EMF videos, super helpful
